By joining the LuveSync waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't provide your email address.

2. Waitlist Service

The LuveSync waitlist is a free service that allows you to:

• Reserve your spot for early access to the LuveSync app
• Receive notification when the app launches

We do not guarantee:

• A specific launch date
• That the app will be available in all countries
• Any particular features in the final product

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide a valid email address that you regularly check
• Not submit multiple fake email addresses
• Not attempt to manipulate your position on the waitlist
• Not use the waitlist for spam or malicious purposes

4. Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any email from the waitlist at our discretion
• Close the waitlist at any time
• Modify or cancel the waitlist program
• Change the order in which we invite users

5. Early Access

Joining the waitlist does NOT guarantee:

• Free access to the app (pricing will be announced separately)
• Special pricing or discounts
• Priority customer support

Early access means you'll be notified first when the app is available.

6. Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive:

• Launch notifications
• Progress updates (limited to 2-3 emails)
• Important announcements about LuveSync

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and concepts related to LuveSync are the property of LuveSync and protected by copyright laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The waitlist service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• Failed email delivery
• Missed notifications
• Any delays in the app launch
• Changes to the final product

9. Limitation of Liability

LuveSync is not liable for any damages arising from:

• Use of the waitlist service
• Inability to access the waitlist
• Any information provided through the waitlist communications

10. Privacy

Your use of the waitlist is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where LuveSync operates.
